VAB Bank summarized preliminary results of 2007 based on the unaudited financial statements under Ukrainian Accounting Standards (UAS). Audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2007 under IFRS and UAS are expected by the end of March and April 2008 respectively.

On February 15, 2008 VAB Leasing company summarized the results of pilot project of “Quick Leasing”, that had been started in November 2007.

VAB calculated the company’s results for 2007. In November 2006 VAB Leasing was celebrating 2 years since its establishment. The sum of the signed agreements up to date is about UAH 250 million.
For the last year the company successfully implemented new leasing products for legal and private clients: «Express of AUTO Leasing» is a program, which gives a possibility to get leasing within 30 minutes after their order, also it is possible to take into leasing not only passenger cars, but cargo and special equipment.

In November, 01 on the site of VAB Leasing (www.vableasing.com.ua) a new section called «Ask about leasing» will be available. It will be possible to question and obtain competent advice from the experts of VAB Leasing, everybody, who is interested in leasing can use this section.

For the last 7 months, since the start of the project «VAB Auto», the financed amount for the acquisition of passenger cars exceeded 5 million UAH Both private clients and small, middle and large enterprises took advantage of this product.

The list of VIP-clients of VAB Leasing is growing. In September 2007 VAB Leasing began collaboration on the delivery of financial leasing of cars for the company group «Soyuz-Viktan» - one of the largest producers of alcoholic products.

From October, 01, 2007 untill December, 31, 2007 VAB Leasing together with «Ukrainian Commercial and industrial Company» (group of companies «VD»), are conducting a program on the financial leasing of Ford Cargo trucks.

VAB Leasing increases leasing term on cars to 7 years
From October, 02 2007. VAB Leasing will increase the leasing term to 7 years on their program «Standard» for both passenger and commercial vehicles and for both private and company clients.
